회장을 죽였다는 누명을 씌인 죠지가 복수를 위해 아랑회의 마약을 훔치기로 하고 거래 장소를 습격, 계획에 성공한다. 그리고 그 곳에서 형님인 쥰이치를 만나 함께 생활하게 된다. 순도가 높은 마약임을 알게 된 죠지와 갱들은 마약에 빠지게 되고, 죠지는 악몽에 시달리기에 이른다. 한편, 마약을 빼앗긴 아랑회는 분노에 휩싸여 블랙 갱을 쫓기 시작하고 잔인한 복수를 감행한다. 그리고 마지막 죠지까지 쫓으며 모든 것을 끝내려 하는데...
