풋내기 닌자인 우즈마키 나루토는 하다케 카카시 선생의 밑에서 수많은 임무를 수행한다. 명문가의 아들 사스케와 반의 유일한 홍일점 사쿠라와 함께 새로운 임무를 맡은 나루토는 유키노쿠니로 향하여 영화배우 후지카제 유키에를 경호하는 임무를 맡게 된다. 그러나 유키에는 촬영장을 맘에 들어하지 않고, 나루토 일행은 그런 유키에를 달래어 다시 유키노쿠니로 데려간다. 하지만 그곳에는 유키에를 공격하기 위해 닌자들이 숨어 있었는데...
