만삭의 몸으로 남편과 함께 여행을 떠난 베스는 우연히 들른 여관에서 하룻밤을 지내게 된다. 잠이 든 베스는 아무도 모르게 납치된 후 배에 제왕절개 상처 자국만 남아 있는 채 알 수 없는 곳에서 눈을 뜨게 된다. 그곳이 불법입양센터임을 알게 된 베스는 탈출을 시도하던 중 자신과 같은 처지의 산모들을 만나게 된다. 뱃속에서 사라진 아이를 찾아 헤매던 베스와 산모들은 굳게 잠긴 케이지 속 각기 다른 색의 라벨을 한 아이들을 발견한다. 아이를 찾기 위해서는 자
