안전하고 살기 좋은 동네 만들기 운동이 한창인 우리 동네. 불건전한 이들을 색출하는 풍기문란 단속반 경찰인 장배는 순찰에는 관심도 없이 하루를 어떻게 때울까 하는 생각뿐이다. 하지만 요즘 들어 평범해 보이는 이 마을 곳곳에서 수상한 이웃들이 눈에 띄기 시작해 장배의 평화로운 하루를 귀찮게 만드는데… 평범한 이웃들의 엉큼한 섹시 스캔들! 우리 동네 주민들이 수상하다!
매일 밤 이상한 소리가 난다는 동네 주민으로부터 소음 신고를 받고 찾아간 철물점
