사고를 치고 강제 전학 온 ‘진숙’은 새 학교에서 ‘은영’을 만난다. 처음 알게 된 ‘은영’은 그녀의 엄마와 함께 ‘진숙’의 집으로 찾아오는데 이튿날, ‘은영’의 엄마는 ‘진숙’과 ‘은영’이 집을 비운 사이 ‘진숙’이 남몰래 모아온 현금과 함께 사라진다. 돈과 엄마의 행방을 찾아나선 두 여고생은 엄마의 비밀을 알게 되고 한 재벌가의 살인미수사건에 휘말리게 된다.
