여전히 한탕주의를 꿈꾸며 건수를 찾아다니는 충수(이문식 분)는 재벌회장 박달구(주현 분)의 첫사랑 꽃님이 찾기 라는 미션을 청탁받게 되고 박달구의 고향인 동백섬으로 향한다. 같은 배를 타게된 꽃미남 기영(이규한 분)과 충수는 폭풍우에 휘말려 어느 외딴 섬에서 눈을 뜨게 되는데, 이런 젠장, 하필이면 또 마파도다! 그곳엔 여전히 엽기 할매 5총사가 사이좋게 살고 있고, 몇년만에 충수와 재회한 할매들은 간만에 찾아온 힘(?) 좋은 두 남자, 피똥싸게 부려먹
