형사인 오세근은 결혼생활에 만족하지 못하는 장은영과 맞닥뜨림으로써 한판의 도박같은 애정게임을 펼친다. 하지만 사랑이라는 허울좋은 이름하에 오세근은 장은영이 계획했던 미궁속으로 빨려 들어가게 되고 결국 살인까지 불사른다. 이때부터 살인을 무마시키려는 오세근의 치밀함이 긴박감있게 화면을 강타하지만 장은영의 어눌함이 교묘하게도 오세근을 궁지속으로 내친다. 자신들의 동료들에 의해 추격을 받다 끝내 사고를 당하게 되는 오세근 앞에 다시 천사처럼 나타나는 장은영의
