병원에 휠체어를 탄 장애인 의사가 새로 들어오면서 하우스는 본래 자신의 자리였던 주차 공간을 빼앗기게 된다. 격렬한 항의 끝에 하우스는 1주일간 휠체어에 앉아 생활하면 자리를 도로 내주겠다는 원장의 약속을 받아 낸다. 한편 여자 친구와 키스하던 도중 호흡 곤란을 일으켜 한 소년이 병원에 실려 온다.
