애나는 콘코르디아라는 이름의 새로운 도시 계획을 발표하여..인간들에게 또 다시 장밋빛 미래를 열어 주겠다고 약속한다. 그리고 이 계획을 공식적으로 발표하는 큰 행사를 열기로 결정한다. 애나는 전남편인 조를 만나 V들의 음모와 그들이 타일러에게 한 짓을 설명하고 타일러를 설득하기 위해 다시 돌아와 달라고 부탁한다. 일라이 콘은 애나가 여는 행사의 경호를 에리카가 담당하게 되자 애나를 죽일 수 있는 절호의 기회라고 설득한다. 결국 에리카와 나머지 팀원들은 일라이 콘과 손을 잡고 한 번뿐인 기회를 놓치지 않기 위해 철저한 계획을 세우는데
